Terms & Conditions
- On Beautiful Lake Nokomis
- 3 -DAY minimum over 4th of July
- 2 -DAY minimum over Memorial Day, Labor Day & Pontoon Palooza Weekends
- A security deposit in the form of a major credit card is required on all rentals. (NO DEBIT CARDS) – Will be taken 2 days prior to rental via booking payment method
- $1,000 DEPOSIT taken by Major Credit Card
- Renters are responsible for all damages or missing equipment. Damages to the boat or props are non-negotiable.
- RENTERS ARE RESPONSINBLE FOR ALL GAS
- All Rentals are Fully Refundable 30 Days Out.
- 3rd Party Cancellation Insurance is Available for Purchase to protect your rental.
- Cancellations with 14 days or more notice a full refund will be issued. If cancellation is less then 14 days but more then 72 hours we will refund all but the deposit/(25% of Rental), whichever is less. If cancelled within 72 hours, or you do not show up, no refund will be issued.
- No refunds or credit for late starts no shows or early returns.
- Renter is responsible for all gas (Gas will be charged at $10/gallon)
- Weather credit in form of a rain check----managements call on weather
- NO GRILLS OR FIREWORKS
- NO DOGS, NO DOGS, NO DOGS-Therapy dogs must have certification papers present, and you will be subject to cleaning fee's unless you clean the boat yourself.
- A cleaning charge will be enforced for excessive cleaning of $ 75. per hour...
- A broom will be provided please sweep out and clean the best you can. Doing so will limit our labor and in turn help keep pricing DOWN.
- No refunds if stereo fails or does not work.
- A person born after January 1, 1989, is required to have completed the safety course requirement.
- You must be 21 to operate a motorized boat.
